Very frustrating that the media is deliberately confusing sub-orbital joy-rides with real space travel.

It's like watching a rich person buy a cool surf-board and saying it's a first step towards low-cost transatlantic travel.

My girlfriend got angry at me when I pointed out drinking coffee is same as taking drugs.

Coffee has a lot of caffeine which has
1) No nutritive value
2) Acts as stimulant (of course a mild one)
3) People repeat it, over time the amount of coffee people take increases to produce the same effect.

Just because everyone drinks it doesn't make it something good.

So many people saying they're switching from Firefox. Won't this only make the problem worse?

If you're switching to Brave or qutebrowser or UnGoogled Chromium or something, you're only strengthening Google's monopoly. If you're switching to a Webkit-based browser like Epiphany, you're shifting the monopoly towards Safari, whose parent company doesn't consider the Web a priority.

That Mozilla has bad management doesn't change the fact that Firefox is the most viable option for the open web.

1. Die Medien berichten in den letzten Tagen vermehrt über Probleme bei der Corona-Warn-App. Diese wurden laut der Telekom mittlerweile behoben. Aus Sicht des Datenschutzes gab es jedoch zu keinem Zeitpunkt grundlegende Bedenken. Es gibt keinen Grund, die App zu deinstallieren.
